返品について  RETURN POLICY

返品期限

当店理由（商品の破損、不良等）などで返品の場合は、商品到着後1週間以内にお問い合わせページからご連絡をお願い致します。 追って対応させていただきます。品質向上の為に、お客様のお受け取りになりました商品のお写真をお送りしていただくようにお願いすることがございますので、ご了承ください。ご協力に感謝いたします。

商品詳細をご理解のないままご購入された場合や、使い方がわからない等の理由を含む、お客様の都合での返品は一切お受け出来ませんのでご了承下さい。

またオーダー品につきましては返品は受付ておりませんのでご了承ください。
ご連絡がないまま着払いなどでご返送された場合、 受け取りを拒否させていただくこともございますので、ご注意ください。

また、ご購入後2週間を過ぎた商品につきましては如何なるお申し出も保障をいたしかねます。 恐れ入りますが、必ず有効期限内(商品到着後、1週間以内)にご連絡をお願い致します。

また、下記の商品に関しましては返品不可とさせていただきます。

●到着後1週間以内にご連絡がない場合。
●オーダー商品の場合。
●使用した痕跡がある場合。

Limited Time of Return 

• In the case you would need to return an item to our shop for reasons such as damaged goods, defects...etc. please contact us through the contact page within one week after receipt of goods. I will correspond as soon as possible. Please note that we may ask you to send photos of the damaged or defective product you received so that we can improve the quality of the product in future. We greatly appreciate for your support.

• Please understand that we cannot accept any returns that are not damaged or defective as we are unable to resell the product. We will not accept returns if you purchased items without understanding the product details or if you do not understand how to use it. If you have any questions regarding our product, please contact us before making a purchase.

• Please note that we do not accept returns for special order items (made to order items). 

• If you send items back by cash on delivery without first contacting us, we may refuse to accept the delivery. Please make sure to contact us prior to sending any damaged or defective items back. 

• In addition, we cannot guarantee any returns after one week of receiving your product(s). Please be sure to contact us in a timely manner, within one week after you received your item. 

• The following items are considered non-returnable: 
• • Special order items or made to order items
  • When the item looks to have been used, or evidence of use 
  • If the buyer did not contact within a week of their product arrival

当店理由（破損･不良等）の場合は、当店が負担させて頂きます。 

Return Shipping Fee

The seller will pay the return shipping cost if the product was delivered damaged or defective and can be verified.

受注後のキャンセルについて

ABOUT CANCELLATION AFTER RECEIVING AN ORDER

キャンセル期限

お客様からのお振込みが完了された後での、受注キャンセルはお受けいたしかねます。もしお客様がお振込みの確認を出来ない場合でも、弊社の口座にお振込みが確認された場合には、キャンセルはできませんのでご了承ください。。

商品追加や削減のご連絡も上記と同様の扱いとさせて頂きます。

また、商品の受け取り拒否をされたお客様に関しては、以後ご購入をお断りさせて頂きますと共に、ご返金は致しかねますのでご了承ください。

Cancellation Policy

We cannot accept order cancellations after we received your payment from PayPal. Once we have received the payment from PayPal, there will be no refunds provided. We will send an email titled "Received your payment" after confirming your payment through PayPal.

The same policy applies if you wish to add or reduce the items within your order. 

If a customer were to deny the acceptance of the order when shipped, no refund will be given. We also reserve the right to refuse any customers who has denied acceptance of an order from making any future purchases.
